Cancellation and Refund Policy



At Imgfi, we are committed to providing high-quality online services and excellent customer support. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our services.


1. Subscription Cancellations


Monthly Subscriptions:


  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation within 30 Days: If you cancel your monthly subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after 30 days: If you cancel your monthly subscription after the initial 30 days period, you will not receive a refund for the current month. However, your subscription will not be renewed for the following month.
  • To cancel, please go to your account settings on the Imgfi website and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Annual Subscriptions:


  • Cancellation within 30 Days: If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after 30 Days: If you cancel your annual subscription after the initial 30-day period, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount will be calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the annual subscription term.

Account Access After Cancellation:


  • After cancelling your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will continue to have access to the service until that time.

2. Refunds


Monthly Subscriptions:


  • Full Refund (within 30 days): A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • No refund after 30 days: No refund is provided if the cancellation request is made after 30 days of the initial purchase.

Annual Subscriptions:


  • Full Refund (within 30 days): A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • Prorated Refund (after 30 days): A prorated refund is available if the cancellation request is made after the initial 30-day period. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the annual subscription, from the cancellation date to the end of the term. Our Customer Service team can provide you with an estimate of your prorated refund amount upon request.

Service Disruptions:


  • In the event of prolonged service disruptions or outages that significantly impact your ability to use Imgfi, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund or credit towards future service. Please contact our Customer Support team to report any service issues.

Refund Processing:


  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Modification of Service or Prices


Imgfi reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices for all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Imgfi Site or the Service itself.
